Nokia’s CEO calls upon NI Businesses

Over 120 representatives from Northern Ireland businesses gathered today at the MAC, Belfast, for the NI Chamber’s Growing Something Brilliant event, in partnership with Electric Ireland, to hear from Nokia’s CEO of UK and Ireland, Cormac Whelan. 

As keynote speaker at the event, Cormac shared his business insights, discussing areas such as disruption in the marketplace and how to overcome it as well as innovation and business development.

Commenting on Leadership, Cormac said: “Leadership exists at all levels, it is a behaviour and an attitude, and it is all about bravery and having courage.”

Speaking at the event, Tony Dunlea, Head of Business Sales, Electric Ireland, said, “We’re once again delighted to support the Growing Something Brilliant Leadership series – this partnership underpins our commitment to support our customers by providing smart solutions for every aspect of the business.
