Progressive Building Society set for Selfbuild Live Show

Selfbuild Live Belfast is an exhibit worth attending for anyone thinking of building their dream home. Progressive Building Society is preparing for the three–day event, at which mortgage advisors will be present throughout the weekend, to provide advice on the unique process of applying for a self–build mortgage.

The Progressive team will be on hand at the Titanic Exhibition Centre in Hall 1 at stand B28 from Friday 22 to Sunday 24, 10am to 6pm, to explain the details of a self–build mortgage and answer questions on the process involved with financing the project. Mortgage advisors will also be taking part in an expert panel discussion across the three–day show providing insights and sharing their own experiences with funding a self–build.

Commenting, Regional Manager Graeme Norris said, “This is the third year that we have attended the show and we are looking forward to engaging with visitors again on the stand. A self–build mortgage differs from a house purchase mortgage due to the complexity of releasing funds at different stages throughout the build. For most people, getting their finances in order is an important starting point and if you need to borrow money, then finding the right mortgage for your build is crucial to ensuring the success of the project.

“With qualified mortgage advisors in each of our 12 branches across Northern Ireland, we have knowledgeable staff who can guide you through each stage of the self–build mortgage process. The show presents a great opportunity for those thinking of building their own dream home to see how we can help make it a reality.”
