We’re currently recruiting for a Public Affairs Intern. A full job scope and details of how to apply are below. 

AIKEN is offering the opportunity for a dynamic, enthusiastic and ambitious politics or planning graduate to intern with our Corporate and Public Affairs team. 

We are seeking someone who is passionate about PA, with an understanding of the political, media and digital landscape across the island of Ireland. Someone who has a basic knowledge of political monitoring who can, with direction, produce engaging public affairs campaigns, preferably with a grasp of planning.

Responsibilities will include:

•Report to the team on targeted political and regulatory developments across the island of Ireland and GB.•Undertake political and insights monitoring•Arrange stakeholder meetings and briefings•Create timelines, project status reports, work in progress reports•Create engaging content•Oversee client video and photography requirements•Create and implement digital and social media advocacy campaigns•Monitor and measure the impact of campaigns
