Seamus Donnelly: ‘Embracing Change is Essential for Growth’
As I’ve got older however, I’ve realised that embracing change isn’t quite that easy whether it’s in your personal life or in your career. “It is not only for our own sakes that those who can return to the workplace should, but also for the sake of the economy and society in general.
Just as interdependency is key in keeping the virus at bay, so it is key to the successful resurgence of the economy.” – Claire Aiken
Collaboration, innovation and altruism at a time when so many are anxious for their own and loved ones’ health and wellbeing, is surely reassuring for society as a whole. We have proven much; we can respond quickly, we can innovate, and we can co–operate but more than this, when the chips are down, we have realised that we are all #InThisTogether
