We are looking for a creative, engaged and solutions–driven individual to join our AIKEN team.

About this role:As a Client Executive you will be an integral part of the team, working directly with clients and the wider team on sponsorship activation, media relations and social media campaigns. We work on a hybrid model so you will spend time in our offices on Lisburn Road in Belfast and Schoolhouse Lane East in Dublin and working from home.

Day to day your tasks will include:

•Arranging photo/videography shoots including writing briefs, developing creative concepts and storyboards•Creating online content calendars using tools such as Canva•Posting, monitoring and reviewing client social media accounts•Drafting and issuing press materials including releases and features•Engagement with journalists, influencers and appropriate opinion formers•Drafting presentations on powerpoint•Evaluating and reporting on client campaigns•Supporting on event management activities•Contributing ideas to campaign planning•Contributing to AIKEN’s social content with blogs and posts

•Minimum of one year’s experience in a public relations role•Sound skills across digital activities from posting to monitoring social media accounts•Proven written skills•Experience in creating engaging presentations using online tools•Creative thinker with initiative•Methodical and flexible mind–set with a can–do and solutions–driven attitude and the ability to organise and prioritise tasks•A keen interest in current affairs
