SAP, the multinational software corporation which operates in 130 countries throughout the world has announced that it is entering the Northern Ireland IT market and is partnering with Craigavon based technology company FUEL, which has achieved significant growth over the last few years.

Headquartered in Walldorf, Germany, SAP is the 24th most valuable brand in the world and is a global leader in enterprise software with almost 80% of its customers using ‘SAP Business One’ solutions.  The company has projected growth of 25% across its SME markets this year and with its new partner FUEL having a strong footprint across key growth industries including agri-food, manufacturing & engineering and healthcare services they see Northern Ireland as a key market to establish and build strong foundations.

FUEL, which has achieved on average 30% growth in new market share across Ireland and the UK over the last few years is one of Northern Ireland’s leading Sage and IBM Business Partners. Over the past 21 years the company has continued to grow, develop and evolve its offering in line with a very fluid IT sector and the partnership with SAP further supports its strategy of gaining market share providing  innovative solutions that enable SME’s to maximise efficiency and drive profitable growth.

Commenting on the new partnership which will further support and enhance FUEL’s expertise and insights within the local marketplace, Paul Trouton, Director and CEO of FUEL said, “At FUEL our ambition to develop and grow our business in a targeted, progressive and strategic way has been rewarded by securing the position of chosen partner for SAP in Northern Ireland. This is a significant achievement for our business and we are looking forward to the competitive advantage that the SAP brand and its Business One solution provides to our business, both On – Premise and within our Cloud offering. I’m very confident SAP Business One and its additional offerings, will play a major role in the success and future growth of both FUEL and the customers we support”.
