Full year Results show record revenues of €433.4m, 22% increase in profit, 25% increase in revenue in Northern Ireland, and EPS of 43.9c
Cpl Resources Plc, Ireland’s leading employment services group, which employs 25 people in its Northern Ireland offices today reports a record year with a 10% increase in revenues to €433.4m in the year to June 30th, 2016.
The business which has seen revenue increase in Northern Ireland by 25% opened new Belfast offices earlier this year to accommodate its growing local team, having recruited 10 new consultants.
Group gross profit has increased by 19% to €70.1m and Adjusted Profit before tax has increased by 22% to €17.4m.
Earnings per share have grown 9% to 43.9 cent (2015: 40.2 cent) with a total dividend per share of 11.0 cent (an 11% increase, from 9.75 cent in 2015).
Demand for both permanent and temporary roles grew across most sectors, growing 21% and 18% respectively. This year Cpl employed over 12,000 staff on client sites in high quality jobs in sectors such as technology, pharma and financial services industries. This represents a growth of nearly 17% in Cpl–employed staff on behalf of clients.
The company has invested heavily in people and technology in the last 18 months. Cpl attributes its growth and success to the outstanding talent, expertise and commitment of Cpl’s people and their dedication to delivering excellence. The acquisition of Clinical Professionals has been integrated into the Group and extends reach and builds on the services it offers clients.
