Huawei has announced a range of hardware and software solutions that enhance HUAWEI’s Smart Office proposition. Hosted at the Classic–Remise Museum, an icon of industrial architecture in Berlin, the event unveils the next step in Huawei’s continued expansion in the Smart Office space and demonstrates the company’s commitment to ongoing innovation.

Huawei expands its Smart Office solutions

After the successful launch of Super Device at the HUAWEI Smart Office at Mobile World Conference 2022 in March, Huawei continues to demonstrate its commitment to building an all–connected world where creatives, families, and organisations can experience and benefit from seamless AI and digital technologies.

The past few years have dramatically impacted our working lives, transforming the office environment and accelerating the need for flexible, multi–device solutions. Huawei recognises the need for technology that makes it easier for us to work together, whether we’re sitting alongside each other in the office, or at home on the other side of the world.

The Smart Office solution has been developed with the aim of maximising technology’s potential as an enabler of creativity and communication. At the core of the solution is Huawei’s Super Device functionality, offering a truly ‘smart’ experience to all users. Since launching earlier this year, Huawei has built on this technology with a variety of new hardware and smart conferencing features, enabling unprecedented opportunities for creativity and productivity both in and out of the office.

Super Device creates a fully integrated digital experience with seamless and efficient cross–collaboration between Huawei devices, including the new MateBook devices launched at the event, alongside its suite of products from laptops and tablets to PCs and audio products, using a simple and familiar drag and drop interface.

William Tian, Huawei’s WEU President, commented:

“We are excited to announce the enhancement of our Smart Office offering through the launch of new software and hardware products that will support working professionals in the changeable trends of office working environments. We had the pleasure of launching the initial concept in Barcelona and can now further demonstrate our progress and continued development.“We believe that cross–device collaboration and ecosystem integration are the core requirements of a successful smart office solution, and therefore are bringing a range of products that cater to both creative and corporate minds for enhanced productivity and creativity.”

Developing all core areas, from software to hardware

Huawei continues to establish itself as a major player in the Smart Office category with the announcement of industry–leading interoperable hardware. This includes a multitude of new products including the HUAWEI Matebook 16s, HUAWEI Matebook D 16, HUAWEI FreeBuds Pro 2, HUAWEI MateView SE and the sense–enhancing software, HUAWEI Smart Conference.

Huawei also reintroduces its smart mesh router products, including WiFi Mesh 7 and Mesh 3. Both provide blazing fast Wi–Fi 6 Plus connection speeds for up to 250 devices; perfect for large households that demand high speed, reliable and secure Internet connectivity for everyone at home.

Huawei expands the MateBook family as part of the Smart Office solution

Two new 16–inch laptops – the HUAWEI MateBook 16S and HUAWEI MateBook D 16 – launch today, combine outstanding performance and sleek design; and with a host of new AI–powered features designed to optimise Smart Conferencing, they are the ideal devices for professionals and creatives who need to work seamlessly across a range of environments, but for whom outright portability is less of an essential requirement following changed working models.

The professional–grade HUAWEI MateBook 16s joins the MateBook family as the most powerful laptop among the series. Its thin and lightweight form combined with the large 16–inch display makes it the perfect powerhouse device for professionals and creatives alike who need to work seamlessly while on the move.

HUAWEI MateBook D 16 is a stylish and lightweight portable laptop with a 16–inch screen making it a reliable productivity device for the hybrid office era. It’s designed to be the ultimate companion for an office worker, home entertainment enthusiast or student.

Both devices carry MateBook series’ signature elements in aesthetics, innovation, and smart experiences, but also bring numerous advancements, including a brand–new eye–comfort HUAWEI FullView Display, the high–performance 12th Gen Intel® Core™ H–Series Processor, a light metallic body, as well as cross–device collaborative experience.

Smart Conference solution to enhance the Smart Office experience

Alongside new hardware products, Huawei also launches a Smart Conference, an intelligent solution to help people optimise their participation in virtual meetings, by reducing background noise and distractions. Built into the MateBook 16 S and D 16, it combines AI Sound and Camera to create an immersive, safe, and efficient experience for the hybrid worker.

As virtual meeting spaces continue to grow, HUAWEI Smart Conference is equipped with 1080P AI Camera and an 88° wide–angle camera that also incorporates FollowCam, enhancing virtual meeting experiences. It’s also built with Huawei’s AI noise cancellation algorithm, reducing echo and background noise to ensure the speaker’s voice is heard loud and clear.

Huawei launches FreeBuds Pro 2 with impressive audio features

In a city synonymous with a cutting–edge music scene and unmatched nightlife, Huawei also announces an addition to its personal audio range: HUAWEI FreeBuds Pro 2. An industry–first for TWC earbuds, they feature a dual driver system for true sound and incorporate both a dynamic standard driver with a planar diaphragm to deliver an elevated listening experience. Built on the FreeBuds predecessor, the headphones also offer improved Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), enabling users to take clear calls even with busy background noise; are waterproof, and are even lighter and more comfortable to wear.

Huawei continues to target businesses with tailored Smart Office solutions

Huawei also announces its continued commitment to its B2B unit, supporting businesses with tailored Smart Office solutions through the development of innovative products designed for enterprise and public sector users.

Today, Huawei unveils a suite of new business–orientated products specifically for the Smart Office space: HUAWEI Display B3–243H, HUAWEI Desktop MateStation B730 and HUAWEI Printer PixLab B5. These products seamlessly complement and synergize with all devices ranging from laptops to smartphones.

The B2B division’s mission is to help organisations, across a wide range of sectors, optimise productivity and efficiency, with an emphasis on professional performance, innovative security technology, reliable smart experiences, and dedicated service support.

An elevated smart office experience with HUAWEI Mobile Cloud PC Client

To bring to life the full Smart Office experience, Huawei has integrated its new products with superior software technology – HUAWEI Mobile Cloud PC Client, allowing users to enjoy secure, smart, and seamless cloud storage across devices.

Trusted by more than 32 million monthly active users, the cloud–based personal data and content management hub offers a more secure way to manage data. With features such as Cloud Sync, Drive, Cloud Backup, Find Device, and other cross–device services, users can experience enhanced productivity, creativity, and control through a single HUAWEI ID login.

The HUAWEI Mobile Cloud is also supported by Super Device connectivity, providing users with seamless and efficient data connectivity through multi–device synchronisation so they can automatically sync and retrieve data between devices providing an all–in–one workspace.

Huawei continues to redefine the Smart Office experience by greatly enhancing cross–device connectivity and collaboration across its home office technology portfolio.
