Colin Clements, Managing Director of FastHouse, added:
“This will significantly expand our capacity and enhance our capabilities. As the housing crisis continues to present challenges across the island this investment allows us to respond with speed and scale to support the delivery of high quality, affordable homes that drive economic growth whilst also meeting sustainability goals.”

It works with major developers across the island of Ireland, including Cairn Homes, Lagan Homes and D/RES Properties with the company also playing an integral role in the delivery of Center Parcs in County Longford.
Timber frame homes offer affordable housing through off‑site construction delivered to precise specifications. They minimise waste delivering quality, sustainability and consistency in the construction of modern and thermally efficient homes. Timber frame has long been used in construction globally, however the modernisation of this construction method through the use of high-quality factory-based processes and automation enables FastHouse to offer strong sustainability and performance benefits.
Concluding, Colin Clements said:
“Our vision for FastHouse is clear, to further develop and grow our team, facilities and business in a way that meets the evolving needs of our customers and the housing market, and we are looking forward to continuing that exciting journey with our new colleagues.”
